Our program for natural hormone balancing

It’s called the Journey to Healthy Hormones Program.

Phase 1 - Gather & Preparation

We’ll do a thorough intake of your current and past medical history (sometimes going as far back as when you were born!). We will conduct some functional lab testing as well. We evaluate where you’ve been and where you want to go. We also educate you on how exactly to begin the journey to hormone balance through preparation. We don’t just tell you what to do, we help you do it! You’ll have access to our 8-week Hormone Balancing course to help you get started.

Phase 2 - Elimination & Detox

Now that you’re prepared, we coach you through eliminating those foods and habits that are contributing to imbalance. Our focus in this step is to begin to heal your gut, which plays a major role in immune system function and hormone balance. We get you started on some basic supplements* to aid in detoxification of the body and encourage proper elimination of toxins and waste. You’ll receive recipes and tips on how to make changes affordably and sustainably.

*You are not required to take supplements in our programs, although a basic allowance is included in your package.

Phase 3 - Reintroduction & Root Cause Analysis

Once we’ve cleared the fog of toxic burden and begun to repair your gut, we will reintroduce foods using a structured plan, the gold standard for food allergy and sensitivity testing. Then, we can begin the deeper dive. We will put together all the results from your reintroduction and functional lab testing to identify YOUR root cause of hormone dysfunction.

Phase 4 - Restore & Replenish

Once we have your results, we can tailor your treatment plan and lifestyle prescription to get you back to balance as soon as possible, while honoring and respecting the time it takes to achieve your goals. We continue to focus on long-term lifestyle change and empowering you to learn about what helps YOUR body function most optimally.

Phase 5 - Rebalance

The final step involves coming back to balance. Depending on your root cause, some women can achieve this step in just a few months, while others can take 6 months or longer. Regardless, we’re here to guide, support, and educate you along the way. Another great feature of our program is that once you have completed it, we have a low-cost maintenance program to continue to provide you the support you need and access to our provider for as long as you need!
